Until what time can I check in?

On Mondays and Fridays the lobby is open until 22.00 hrs, the other days until 20.00 hrs.

I arrive outside lobby opening hours, and now?

Please inform the booking centre in good time by calling 088-055 1500. We will tell you how to check in. The booking centre can be reached from Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 20.00 hrs and on weekends from 10.00 - 16.00 hrs. 

What exactly does hotel services mean?

With our hotel services you will receive 2 towels p.p., made beds, kitchen towel set and aminities.

Will I get new bed linen/towels during my stay? (change hotel service)

No, you get this once upon arrival. It is possible to book extras yourself in between. (Bed linen €8.50 p.p., towels €5.50 p.p. and a kitchen towel set is €4.50.

Do I have to purchase the Hotel Services?


How should I make the payment?

Via the iDeal link on the confirmation or transfer the total amount yourself. When you book and you arrive within 1 week, it is allowed by pin or cash at the Lobby.

Is it possible to place an option?


Can I already see which accommodation number I get?

This can only be seen when you book with preference. It can always be changed if you don't book with preference.

Are there a cot and high chair available? Can I book these?

A cot or high chair is not standard in the accommodation. It is possible to book this for €3.00 per day, per chair/bed. 

Are pets welcome at the park and how can I indicate this when booking?

Pets can be booked on request. If possible, a maximum of two pets are allowed.

Can I park at the accommodation?

Nearly every accommodation has a parking space. If there is no parking space available, there is a general parking space in front of the park.

What is the maximum length of stay?

26 weeks in one accommodation

How long do I have to stay at least?

8 weeks

Do I have to sign a lease?


What is the notice period?

4 weeks

Can I bring a pet? How many?

Yes, if it is allowed in the accommodation you may bring a maximum of 2 pets.

Can I rent an extra shed?

Only if the owner also rents this out, on request.

Am I obligated to purchase the Hotel Service?

No, with a StayXL booking it is not obligatory to purchase the Hotel Services. 

Can I register at the park?


Can I have the mail delivered to the park?

Yeah, check with the lobby for more information.

Is it possible to stay at the park for a longer period of time?
